Dharamsinh Desai University (DDU) instituted at Nadiad, is one of the most prospering universities of Gujarat. The University was set up by shri Dharamsinh Dadubhai Desai  in the year 1968. The University has been Ranked in the Band of 101-150 by NIRF(National Institutional Ranking Framework) in 2020. The beloved Vice-Chancellor of the University, DR. H.M.Desai , has also been awarded Padma Desai by the President of India.

Dharamsinh Desai University (DDU) 2021 admissions provides 34 full time UG, PG & Doctoral level courses in various fields of Engineering, Dental Sciences, Pharmacy and Management & Info Sciences. It offers B.Tech, BDS, BBA, BCA, B.Pharma and MBBS at UG level and M.Tech, MBA, MCA and M.Pharma at PG level. Candidates must fulfill the eligibility criteria for the respective courses before seeking admission in the university. Admission to the most of programs is done on the basis of national level entrances test like JEE Mains (B.Tech), GATE (M.Tech), NEET (BDS) and G - CET (MBA)

Scholarship

The university offers the below-mentioned scholarship: (1) Merit-cum-Means Scholarships.(2) Jan Utkarsh Trust Interest-Free Loan Scholarships:Eligibility :(1). Interest-free Loan Scholarships are offered to B.E./B.Tech & DiplomaChemical Engineering students during the current year. (2) The student must have passed the previous year examination with 55% or 5.5 CGPA.(3). Total Annual Income of the applicant’s family should not exceed Rs.2.5 lakh.
