Founder of the Sunshine Group and Sunshine School. She is a convent educated and an Arts graduate from Sophia College, Ajmer, and Bachelor of Education from Hawa bagh Teachers Training College, Jabalpur with Diploma in Physical education. She did her LLB (Special) from the Law College, Rajkot and her Diploma in Intermediate Drawing from J.J. School of Arts, Mumbai. She has taught Senior Cambridge in Sophia Girls School, Mt. Abu and at the Rajkumar College, Rajkot. She has been to the United States of America on a Teachers Exchange Programme (a UNICEF scheme) in 1967 and on an official trip visiting various schools across USA in 1995-96. Currently she is Principal of the Sunshine School, Rajkot since 1972.

Sunshine Group of Institutions focus to enhance the dynamic managerial skills of MBA and MCA students by grooming their personality, language command, knowledge, IQ level etc. and to make them management as well as technical professionals. So, that they can place well themselves in their working field/corporate sector and serve the nation in most efficient way.
The College has a separate Training and Placement cell to coordinate the Summer Internship Program (SIP), Industrial Visits and Placement Activities of the students. The cell maintains liaison with the industries and invites them for campus interviews. In each semester, Training and Placement cell invites business professionals to discuss how students can be groomed for the challenging work environment. The students also receive counseling for job search strategies, interview skills and resume making techniques and are given an opportunity to actively participate in projects designed to facilitate interaction between students and professionals.
