The Dharmsinh Desai University [DDU], instituted at Nadiad, is one of the most prospering universities of Gujarat. The University was set up by Shri Dharmsinh Dadubhai Desai in the year 1968. The University has been Ranked in the Band of 101-150 by NIRF(National Institutional Ranking Framework) in 2020. The beloved Vice-Chancellor of the University, Dr. H. M.Desai, has also been awarded Padma Shri by the President of India. 

Today, DDU offers some of the world-class Graduate, Postgraduate, and as well as Doctoral courses in Technology, Dental Science, Pharmacy, Medical Science, and Mgmt. & Info. Science.
