College of Engineering, (COER Roorkee) was established by Seth Roshan Lal Jain Trust is the year 1998. The college offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses, namely, B.Tech. in eight different specializations and M.Tech. in two different specializations. There are 810 seats and 36 seats in B.Tech. and M.Tech., respectively. 
The college has witnessed year-wise placement progress with 84.6% placed in the 2018-19 batch. How to apply?

• Step 1: Visit the official website of the college.
• Step 2: Select the desired course and fill the admission form with all the required information and documents.
• Step 3: Based on entrance exam scores a merit list is declared by the university for further counseling.

Candidates will be required to submit the following documents:

• Photocopy of qualifying examination Scorecard.
• Photocopy of Highschool mark sheet and certificate duly attested by a Gazetted Officer and also self-attested
• Photocopy of Intermediate Mark sheet duly attested by a Gazetted Officer.
• Three self-attested passport size photographs
• T.C. to be submitted at the time of admission

The application fee of INR 1000 is to be deposited as Demand Draft. The DD must be in favor of “College of Engineering Roorkee,” payable at Roorkee/ Haridwar.

The Placement and Career Development Cell of the college facilitate the process of placement for final year students. College of Engineering Roorkee Scholarship
Financial aid is offered to meritorious & economically backward students. Each year several scholarships are awarded and these scholarships vary in value and have different criteria on which they are awarded.

• Financial assistance is provided to economically and/or socially weaker students by the State and Central government. The students need to apply for these on their official website.
• Fee concession is provided to students belonging to defense background, sports quota, and reserved categories. The amount of scholarship and the decision to provide scholarship is solely under the consideration of college administration.
